J-Zone swings by before dropping the Du-Rites live album, Soundcheck at 6, to chat about changing musical disciplines, paying dues and not leaning on foreign currency in the form of your rep from your past career. This leads us down a winding road of social media culture, the self loathing nature of artist and aspects of professionalism, Nas beat selections and his own love affair with funk music.
